Description
A delightful breakfast combining crispy bread, perfectly cooked eggs, and gooey cheddar cheese, ready in under 15 minutes.

- 2 slices of bread (sourdough recommended)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread softened butter on both sides of each slice of bread.
- Press into the center of each slice of bread to create small wells.
- Crack one egg into each well.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the bread in the air fryer and cook for 6-8 minutes, checking at 6 minutes for yolk consistency.
- Remove the toast with a spatula and serve hot.
Notes
For fully set yolks, pierce the yolks before air frying. Add fresh herbs or hot sauce for extra flavor.
