Delicious and healthy Air Fryer Chicken Fajitas made with tender chicken, vibrant veggies, and wrapped in warm tortillas.

- 1 lb Chicken breast or thighs (sliced thin)
- 2–3 Bell peppers (red, yellow, green, sliced)
- 1 large Onion (sliced)
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Fajita seasoning mix
- 8 small Tortillas (flour or corn)
- 1 Lime (juiced)
- 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro (optional, chopped)
Instructions
- Start by slicing the chicken into thin strips for even cooking.
- Wash and slice the bell peppers and onion into long strips.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, and fajita seasoning mix.
- Add the chicken and vegetables, tossing until evenly coated. Marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Spread the marinated chicken and veggies in an even layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Ensure chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Once cooked, squeeze fresh lime juice over the fajita mixture and garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
Notes
Use a meat thermometer to check chicken doneness. For extra flavor, consider adding some smoked paprika to the marinade.
