Description

Delicious and cheesy mac and cheese balls that are crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside, perfect for snacks or appetizers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Oil spray for air frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, cream cheese, and the egg. Season with salt and pepper, mixing well.
  2. Shape the mixture into balls, about the size of a golf ball.
  3. Roll each ball in breadcrumbs until evenly coated.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Arrange the balls in the air fryer basket in a single layer and lightly spray with oil.
  6. Air fry for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Best served warm. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for a crispy texture.
