- 4 oz. shredded chicken (about 1 cup)
- ¼ cup salsa (or sauce of your choice)
- 2 large 8-inch flour tortillas
- 4 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese (about 1 cup)
- Salsa for serving
- Sour cream for serving
- Guacamole for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400ºF (200ºC) and lightly spray the basket with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with salsa or sauce of your choice.
- Lay flour tortillas on a clean surface; spread ½ cup of chicken mixture on one half of each tortilla and top with ½ cup of shredded cheese.
- Fold the tortillas over to cover the filling and secure the edges with toothpicks.
- Place quesadilla in the air fryer basket, spray the top lightly with cooking spray, and air fry for 6 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from air fryer, slice into wedges, and serve immediately with salsa, sour cream, and guacamole.
