Description

Delicious and healthy air fryer salmon tacos topped with fresh slaw, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 skinless salmon fillets (about 4 oz each)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage (red or green)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 8 small corn tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry and brush with a mixture of olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
  3. Cook the salmon in the air fryer for about 8 to 10 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
  4. Mix shredded cabbage, cilantro, Greek yogurt, and lime juice in a bowl to prepare the slaw.
  5. Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet or microwave until pliable.
  6. Flake the cooked salmon into large pieces and divide among the tortillas, topping with the slaw. Serve immediately.

Notes

Add jalapeños or hot sauce for a spicy kick. For a vegetarian option, substitute salmon with roasted sweet potatoes.
