Description

A warm, cheesy dish that combines spaghetti, savory meat, and creamy sauces, perfect for gatherings or family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb ground beef or sausage
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil the spaghetti according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cooking until soft.
  4. Add ground beef or sausage to the skillet and brown it, draining excess fat.
  5. Mix in marinara sauce, cream cheese, and sour cream until well combined.
  6. In a big bowl, combine cooked spaghetti with the meat sauce mixture.
  7. Pour half of the spaghetti mixture into a baking dish, add half of the mozzarella, layer the remaining spaghetti, and top with the rest of the mozzarella.
  8. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, top with fresh basil or parsley. You can also customize by adding vegetables like bell peppers or spinach.
