  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, rolled oats, almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well incorporated.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped walnuts and dark chocolate chips.

  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown, and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
