- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and place the flatbreads on a baking sheet, brushing lightly with olive oil.
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken and barbecue sauce, tossing until evenly coated.
- Spoon the BBQ chicken mixture onto each flatbread, then scatter mozzarella cheese over the top.
