Description

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of flatbread (store-bought or homemade)
  • Olive oil (for brushing)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded (preferably grilled)
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and place the flatbreads on a baking sheet, brushing lightly with olive oil.
  2. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken and barbecue sauce, tossing until evenly coated.
