A delicious and gooey cheesy garlic bread that is quick and easy to make, perfect for any meal or snack.
Ingredients

- 8–10 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of salt
- Roasted garlic from above
- ½ cup butter, melted (113g)
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup milk (60g)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 12 King’s Hawaiian Original Hawaiian Sheet Rolls (or replace with a French baguette)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Chopped parsley and chili flakes for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the tops off garlic bulbs, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
- Wrap the bulbs in foil and roast them for about 30-40 minutes until soft. Let cool and squeeze out the roasted garlic.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, roasted garlic, egg, milk, salt, paprika, and parsley until well combined.
- Take the sheet of King’s Hawaiian rolls and keep it whole.
- Pour the garlic butter custard evenly over the rolls.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
Serve warm, topped with chopped parsley and chili flakes. Pairs well with pasta or salads.
