Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until thin.
- Using cookie cutters, cut the pastry into fun Halloween shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with shredded mozzarella until well combined.
- Spoon a small amount of the cheese mixture onto each pastry shape.
- Use black olives and bell pepper pieces to create spooky faces on the pastries.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the pastries are golden brown.
