Description

A fun, creamy breakfast that tastes like cake but is healthy and ready fast. Perfect for a festive start to the day!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats (old-fashioned oats)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or any plant milk)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional for extra creaminess)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • Sprinkles for garnish
  • Fresh fruit for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt (if using), chia seeds, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Stir well until combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into jars or containers with lids.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  4. In the morning, stir the oats, add a splash of milk if desired for creaminess, and top with sprinkles and fresh fruit. Enjoy!

Notes

For a vegan version, use plant milk and maple syrup. You can also add mix-ins like nuts or seeds for additional crunch.
