  • 2 tablespoons butter, room temperature
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage, crumbled

  • 2 cups whole milk

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle and transfer it to a greased baking sheet.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the crumbled sausage until browned. Drain excess fat, reserving about a tablespoon in the pan.

  6. Spread the sausage gravy over the dough, leaving a border. Sprinkle cheese on top.

  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the eggs are set and the crust is golden brown.
  9. Garnish with green onions before serving.
