- 1 wheel of brie cheese
- 1 sheet of puff pastry (thawed if frozen)
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
- 1/4 cup blood orange juice (or your favorite red juice)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry and cut it to wrap around the brie.
- Place the brie cheese in the center of the puff pastry and spread the raspberry jam generously over the top.
- Drizzle the blood orange juice over the jam.
- Fold the pastry over the brie, sealing completely.
- Beat the egg and brush it over the pastry.
- Place the wrapped brie on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and flaky.
- Let it cool slightly before serving and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
