Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Stir in rolled oats, ground cinnamon, and salt until evenly distributed.
  4. Gently fold in fresh blueberries.
