A warming and filling breakfast casserole made with sausage, eggs, and cheese wrapped in crescent rolls, perfect for busy mornings or gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 can of crescent rolls
- 1 pound of mild breakfast sausage
- 6 large eggs, beaten
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the breakfast sausage until fully cooked and drain excess grease.
- Spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Roll out the crescent rolls and spread evenly in the bottom of the baking dish, sealing any gaps.
- Evenly distribute the cooked sausage over the crescent roll base.
- Pour the beaten eggs over the sausage layer.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the eggs.
- Bake for around 30 minutes, or until the casserole is golden and cooked through.
