- ½ cup tomatoes, chopped
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette glaze or reduction
- Pita chips, crackers, or thinly sliced baguette for dipping
Instructions
- Spread the soft cheese evenly in the middle of a large plate or small serving platter, leaving a quarter-inch border.
- Evenly sprinkle the chopped tomatoes over the cheese.
- Sprinkle fresh basil over the tomatoes.
- Drizzle the balsamic glaze back and forth over the entire plate.
- Serve with pita chips, crackers, or thin slices of baguette.
