- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Halve the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes. Place them cut-side up in a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and softened cream cheese. Stir until fully incorporated.
- Spoon the chicken mixture into each pepper half, pressing lightly to pack the filling.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the tops of each stuffed pepper.
