  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Halve the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes. Place them cut-side up in a baking dish.

  3. Spoon the chicken mixture into each pepper half, pressing lightly to pack the filling.
