Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, add the dried chicken wings and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and Cajun seasoning.
- Drizzle olive oil over the spiced wings.
- Toss the wings until well coated with spices and oil.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the wings in a single layer.
- Bake for about 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Let the wings rest for a few minutes before serving.

Use kitchen paper to pat the wings dry for extra crispiness. You can broil them for 2-3 minutes for an extra crispy finish.
