- 1/4 cup of melted butter (warm)
- 2 cups of cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of sour cream (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup of caramel sauce (high-quality)
- 3 eggs (room temperature)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (or substitute almond extract)
- Extra caramel sauce for drizzling (warmed slightly)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth in a large bowl.
- Add sour cream, caramel sauce, eggs, and vanilla; mix until fully combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
- Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Drizzle with extra caramel sauce before serving.
Notes
Use room temperature ingredients for a smooth batter. Warm the caramel slightly for easier mixing.
