Ingredients
**For the Chicken Mixture:**
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
**For the Topping:**
1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, heavy cream, chicken broth, frozen vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until fully mixed.
3. Grease a baking dish and pour the chicken mixture evenly into it.
4. Tear the biscuit dough into pieces and scatter on top of the chicken mixture.
5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the biscuit pieces.
6. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
7. Let rest for 5 minutes, then serve hot.
