- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 package biscuit mix
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, and garlic powder. Add salt and pepper to taste, then mix well. Spread this mixture evenly into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine the biscuit mix and milk. Stir until just combined.
- Pour the biscuit mixture gently over the chicken and vegetable layer in the baking dish.
- Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the biscuit mix.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
- Once baked, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top, then return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
