- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
