Ingredients

- 1 pound of chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- For Dipping Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breast into strips for even cooking.
- Create a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and a breadcrumb mixture (breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper).
- Dip each chicken strip in flour, then in eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the breaded chicken strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway.
- Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper for the dipping sauce.
- Serve warm with the dipping sauce on the side.
Notes
Experiment with spices in the breadcrumb mixture for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
