Ingredients
- Pizza dough
- Olive oil
- Chili garlic sauce
- Chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Red onion, sliced
- Bell peppers, sliced
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven as directed by the pizza dough instructions.
- On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into your desired shape and transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Brush the surface of the dough with olive oil and spread a generous layer of chili garlic sauce over it.
- Layer the toppings by adding the shredded chicken, followed by mozzarella cheese, then sprinkle sliced red onion and bell peppers on top.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
