Description

A bright, smoky salad that combines shredded chicken, beans, corn, and avocado with a zesty lime-chipotle dressing for fast and filling meals.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn, drained
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced

Instructions
