- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, flour, sugar, eggs, melted butter, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
For best texture, use full-fat cottage cheese. Measure flour lightly and allow the melted butter to cool slightly before mixing.
