Description

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of fresh French or Italian bread, sliced in half lengthwise
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
