Description

Quick and tasty bite-sized Crack Chicken Pinwheels, packed with creamy chicken and cheese wrapped in tortillas, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Chopped green onions (optional)
  • Bacon bits (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and shredded cheese. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Take one tortilla and lay it flat, spreading a generous portion of the chicken mixture evenly across it.
  3. Starting from one end, tightly roll the tortilla until it forms a log.
  4. Using a sharp knife, cut the rolled tortilla into pinwheel shapes, about one inch thick.
  5. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  6. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
