- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Chopped green onions (optional)
- Bacon bits (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and shredded cheese. Stir until well mixed.
- Take one tortilla and lay it flat, spreading a generous portion of the chicken mixture evenly across it.
- Starting from one end, tightly roll the tortilla until it forms a log.
- Using a sharp knife, cut the rolled tortilla into pinwheel shapes, about one inch thick.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Serve immediately or chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze wrapped tightly in plastic wrap before slicing.
