- 2 cups sourdough bread, cubed

- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

- Fresh rosemary, finely chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Toss cubed sourdough with olive oil and sea salt in a bowl. Spread on a baking sheet and toast for 10-15 minutes until golden and crisp.
- In a saucepan, combine cranberries, honey, and balsamic vinegar over medium heat. Stir until cranberries burst and sauce thickens, about 10 minutes.
- Spread warm toasted sourdough on a serving platter and crumble goat cheese over the top to melt slightly.
- Drizzle the cranberry sauce over the goat cheese and sourdough.
- Garnish with chopped rosemary.
