  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (for a crisp finish)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, stale bread, onion, celery, cranberries, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly with hands until slightly coarse.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together chicken broth and beaten egg. Slowly add to the turkey mixture until moist but not soggy. Adjust with more broth if needed.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Form mixture into golf ball-sized spheres, ensuring they hold their shape.
  4. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Cool slightly before serving.
