- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Prepare the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside, retaining a small amount of the cooking water.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter until it begins to foam.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté gently until golden.
- Pour in the chicken broth and stir to deglaze the pan. Allow it to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the shredded chicken, cooked noodles, and a splash of reserved pasta water to the skillet. Toss until well combined.
