  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (preferably roasted)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside, retaining a small amount of the cooking water.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter until it begins to foam.

  5. Add the shredded chicken, cooked noodles, and a splash of reserved pasta water to the skillet. Toss until well combined.
