Instructions
- Cook the twisted pasta according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and let rest before slicing.
- Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until it melts and the sauce is smooth.
- Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken back into the skillet, tossing until well combined.
- Serve in bowls, garnished with fresh parsley. Enjoy immediately!
