Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 23 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat without letting it brown.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.
  4. Reduce heat and slowly stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and use immediately.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes when sautéing the garlic. Use freshly grated parmesan for best results.
