Enjoy a delicious, Crispy Air Fryer Chicken and Mozzarella Wraps. Perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts (about 1 lb), thinly sliced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
4 whole wheat tortillas
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
¼ cup ranch dressing (optional)
Olive oil spray
Instructions
1. Slice chicken into thin strips and place in a large bowl.
2. Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
4. Spray air fryer basket with oil. Arrange chicken in a single layer.
5. Air fry chicken for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
6. Lay tortillas flat. Add spinach, mozzarella, and chicken to each one.
7. Roll each wrap tightly, tucking in the sides. Spray outside with oil.
8. Place seam-side down in air fryer. Cook for 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy.
9. Let cool slightly. Slice each wrap in half and serve with ranch dressing if desired.
Notes
Warming the tortillas for a few seconds helps prevent cracking when rolling.
Add sautéed bell peppers or red onions for more flavor.
To make gluten-free, use certified gluten-free tortillas and check all seasonings.
Freeze before final air fry step and cook from thawed when ready to eat.
Don’t overstuff the wraps to avoid tearing during air frying.
