Description

Ingredients

  • 20 frozen pizza rolls (store-bought)
  • 12 teaspoons olive oil or nonstick spray (for crisping)
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1 cup marinara or pizza sauce, warmed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Toss frozen pizza rolls in 1 teaspoon olive oil or spray the basket.
  3. Place the rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving small gaps in between.
  4. Cook for 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Check for doneness; cook 1–2 more minutes if desired.
  6. Brush melted butter on the rolls and sprinkle with Parmesan during the last 30 seconds (optional).
  7. Let the rolls rest for 1–2 minutes before serving.

Notes

Using unsalted butter helps control the salt levels. Cool completely before storing in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
