Ingredients

- 20 frozen pizza rolls (store-bought)
- 1–2 teaspoons olive oil or nonstick spray (for crisping)
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted (optional)
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1 cup marinara or pizza sauce, warmed
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Toss frozen pizza rolls in 1 teaspoon olive oil or spray the basket.
- Place the rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving small gaps in between.
- Cook for 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for doneness; cook 1–2 more minutes if desired.
- Brush melted butter on the rolls and sprinkle with Parmesan during the last 30 seconds (optional).
- Let the rolls rest for 1–2 minutes before serving.
Notes
Using unsalted butter helps control the salt levels. Cool completely before storing in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
