- 2 pounds beef stew meat
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
- 1½ pounds baby Yukon gold potatoes
- 5 tablespoons butter, cut into small pads
Instructions
- Place the beef stew meat on one side of your crockpot and the baby Yukon gold potatoes on the other side.
- Sprinkle the onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt evenly over both the beef and the potatoes.
- Gently toss the beef to coat it well with the seasonings while keeping it separate from the potatoes.
- Add the chopped garlic on top of the beef and potatoes.
- Dot the butter pads evenly over the mixture.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Once cooked, spoon the garlic butter sauce from the bottom over the beef and potatoes and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with fresh parsley. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
