- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 cup broccoli florets (optional)
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, mix the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- If using, add the broccoli florets on top of the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and stir to coat in the sauce.
- Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in teriyaki sauce overnight. You can also add other vegetables like bell peppers or snap peas.
