Description

A simple and flavorful teriyaki chicken dish that cooks effortlessly in a crockpot, perfect for busy days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 cup broccoli florets (optional)
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
  4. If using, add the broccoli florets on top of the chicken.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Shred the chicken with two forks and stir to coat in the sauce.
  7. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in teriyaki sauce overnight. You can also add other vegetables like bell peppers or snap peas.
