Description

A creamy Alfredo sauce infused with bold Cajun spices, perfect for elevating pasta or protein dishes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (optional)
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Slowly pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts and the sauce becomes thick and creamy.
  4. Add Cajun seasoning, paprika, cayenne (if using), and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
  5. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of milk or pasta water. If it’s too thin, let it simmer longer to thicken up.

Notes

For a healthier version, consider using milk instead of heavy cream, and olive oil instead of butter.
