- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (your choice)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add chopped onion, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper; cook until the onion is soft, about 3-5 minutes.
- Spread a small amount of enchilada sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Fill each tortilla with beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese, then roll up tightly.
- Place rolled tortillas seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Pour remaining enchilada sauce over tortillas and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
Garnish with fresh cilantro, avocado, or sour cream. Customizable with additional fillings or spices.
