Description

A spicy, flavor-packed South Asian delicacy that transforms ordinary eggs into a delicious dish.


Ingredients

  • 4 large Eggs (boiled or scrambled)
  • 2 medium Onions (finely chopped)
  • 2 medium Tomatoes (chopped)
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 Green chilies (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Gather and prepare all your ingredients on the countertop.
  2. Heat a pan on medium heat and add the cooking oil.
  3. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  4. Add minced garlic and green chilies, cooking until fragrant.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt; cook until tomatoes are soft.
  6. Add mashed or scrambled eggs to the pan and stir well, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding garam masala or smoked paprika. Avoid overcooking the eggs.
