- 4 large Eggs (boiled or scrambled)
- 2 medium Onions (finely chopped)
- 2 medium Tomatoes (chopped)
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 Green chilies (optional)
- 2 tbsp Cooking oil
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
- Gather and prepare all your ingredients on the countertop.
- Heat a pan on medium heat and add the cooking oil.
- Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic and green chilies, cooking until fragrant.
- Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt; cook until tomatoes are soft.
- Add mashed or scrambled eggs to the pan and stir well, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding garam masala or smoked paprika. Avoid overcooking the eggs.
