- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup dill pickles, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Gather a large mixing bowl.
- Add the shredded chicken and diced dill pickles to the bowl.
- In a separate small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, chopped dill, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
- Combine the dressing with the chicken and pickles in the mixing bowl, stirring until evenly coated.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
