Ingredients
2 tbsp marshmallow fluff
1 tbsp peanut butter syrup
1 shot espresso or ½ cup strong coffee
1 cup cold milk (or oat milk)
Ice cubes
Optional: extra marshmallow fluff for topping
Instructions
1. Spread marshmallow fluff inside a tall glass. Drizzle peanut butter syrup along the sides.
2. Fill the glass with ice, then pour in cold milk.
3. Gently pour espresso over the milk to create a swirling effect.
4. Top with extra marshmallow fluff, if desired.
5. Optional: lightly toast the top with a kitchen torch.
Notes
Use oat milk for a dairy-free version.
You can prep espresso and syrup ahead of time.
