  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (room temperature)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Crushed peanuts (for topping)
  • Sea salt flakes (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey or maple syrup. Stir to combine until smooth and creamy.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the baking sheet, spreading it evenly to about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until fully blended.
  5. Drizzle melted chocolate over the yogurt base and create gentle swirls with a skewer or knife.
  6. Sprinkle crushed peanuts and sea salt flakes over the top.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
  8. Once set, remove from the freezer and break into pieces.

Notes

For a nut-free option, use sunflower seed butter instead of peanut butter. You can also experiment with adding layers of fresh berries for added flavor.
