- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Crushed peanuts (for topping)
- Sea salt flakes (for topping)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey or maple syrup. Stir to combine until smooth and creamy.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pour the yogurt mixture onto the baking sheet, spreading it evenly to about 1/2 inch thick.
- Melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until fully blended.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the yogurt base and create gentle swirls with a skewer or knife.
- Sprinkle crushed peanuts and sea salt flakes over the top.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
- Once set, remove from the freezer and break into pieces.
Notes
For a nut-free option, use sunflower seed butter instead of peanut butter. You can also experiment with adding layers of fresh berries for added flavor.
