Description

A stylish dessert that blends creamy textures and vibrant flavors, adorned with fruits and nuts.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored, preferably at room temperature)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • ½ cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, fresh and halved)
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios, or walnuts)
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut (unsweetened)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Pour and spread the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet to about half an inch thick.
  4. Sprinkle mixed berries, chopped nuts, and shredded coconut on top, pressing lightly.
  5. Freeze for at least 240 minutes until completely firm.
  6. Remove the bark using the parchment and cut into irregular pieces.

Notes

For a sophisticated touch, drizzle melted dark chocolate on top before freezing.
