- 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored, preferably at room temperature)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- ½ cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, fresh and halved)
- ¼ cup chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios, or walnuts)
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut (unsweetened)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup until smooth.
- Pour and spread the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet to about half an inch thick.
- Sprinkle mixed berries, chopped nuts, and shredded coconut on top, pressing lightly.
- Freeze for at least 240 minutes until completely firm.
- Remove the bark using the parchment and cut into irregular pieces.
Notes
For a sophisticated touch, drizzle melted dark chocolate on top before freezing.
