Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder, oat flour, almond butter (or peanut butter), vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt to the mashed bananas. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
