Instructions

  1. Prep the Ingredients: Gather all your ingredients. Cut the beef stew meat into bite-sized pieces and halve the baby potatoes.
  2. (Optional) Parboil Potatoes: Parboil the potatoes for a few minutes for uniform cooking.
  3. Sear the Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the beef bites until browned on all sides.
