Description

These Garlic Parmesan Crispy Wings are coated in a flavorful garlic and cheese sauce, making them the perfect comfort food for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until fully coated.
  4. Lay the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the oven for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. In a separate bowl, blend the melted butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, and chopped parsley.
  7. Remove the wings from the oven, toss them in the garlic Parmesan sauce, and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil the wings for the last 2-3 minutes of baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
