- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until fully coated.
- Lay the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the oven for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- In a separate bowl, blend the melted butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, and chopped parsley.
- Remove the wings from the oven, toss them in the garlic Parmesan sauce, and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil the wings for the last 2-3 minutes of baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
