  • 1 pound baby potatoes (halved or quartered)

  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (dried or fresh)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken thighs at the bottom of the crockpot. Surround them with the halved baby potatoes.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken and potatoes. Season with salt and pepper to enhance the flavors.
