- 1½ tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced (or 1½ teaspoons garlic powder)
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (fresh)
- ½ teaspoon fine salt (adjust to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened (optional)
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- Grated Parmesan, for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Rinse and dry the broccolini, then trim any tough ends.
- Toss broccolini with olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Arrange the broccolini in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 7–9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove the broccolini to a warm plate, toss with softened butter if using, and adjust salt and lemon juice to taste.
Notes
Use fresh broccolini for the best texture. Skip the butter for a dairy-free option.
