Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Coarse sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Stir in the milk and melted butter until just combined.
  4. Warm the olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat and add the minced garlic and rosemary. Sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Fold the garlic mixture into the muffin batter until evenly distributed.
  6. Scoop the batter into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
  7. Sprinkle coarse sea salt on top.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the muffins are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
