- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Coarse sea salt for sprinkling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in the milk and melted butter until just combined.
- Warm the olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat and add the minced garlic and rosemary. Sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Fold the garlic mixture into the muffin batter until evenly distributed.
- Scoop the batter into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
- Sprinkle coarse sea salt on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the muffins are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
